Nayab Siddiqui is the President of Scientific Systems and Software International (SSSI). As president, he leads the company with a focus on strategic leadership, business development, operational oversight, financial management, compliance, team leadership, innovation, and effective communication. His ability to navigate federal contracting complexities while driving growth and maintaining high standards is key to the company’s success.
Nayab founded SSSI to meet the IT and system design needs of Federal Government agencies. Under his leadership, SSSI has become a trusted partner for various federal departments and agencies. Nayab has successfully managed several high-profile programs, delivering exceptional results. He has overseen critical projects for the Social Security Administration (SSA), including ITSSC-1 and ITSSC-2, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support. At the Department of Labor (DOL), he managed programs for the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Employment and Training Administration, and the Mine Safety and Health Administration, driving technological advancements and enhancing cybersecurity. For Health and Human Services (HHS), he delivered vital IT solutions and support to the FDA, the Office of the Secretary, and HRSA.

Nayab holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and completed the Management and Business Executive Program (MBEP) at Dartmouth, equipping him with essential skills for business leadership and management. He also holds PMP and PMI-RMP certifications.
Dr. Akhtar Siddiqui is the Vice President of SSSI, a leading company in Information Technology and Business Management and Healthcare IT services. He oversees operations and contract management, ensuring efficiency and top-notch client satisfaction.
Dr. Siddiqui holds an MD and an MBA, blending healthcare expertise with advanced business administration skills. He is also a certified Project Management and Risk Management Professional. His unique background enables him to navigate complex challenges effectively, driving the company’s growth and innovation.
He excels in operations management, streamlining processes for better efficiency and productivity. His skills in contract management include negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, he is proficient in IT management, adept at overseeing IT systems and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery.
